President of the Board
As the president, you will have the main responsibility for the association. Duties consist of being in charge of the weekly meetings, being responsible for the agenda, and ensuring that the association is working according to the association’s purpose. The president’s aim is to not only contribute to and work for good group dynamics but also to see that there is a long-term focus within the work. You will also support the other board members in their work.
Vice President of the Board
As the vice president, you are acting as the president’s right hand. You replace the president if she/he/they are absent. You are also responsible for the member’s meetings and appointing a project leader for Regnbågs-P. As vice president, you have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the position because you have a lot of free rein.
Treasurer
As the treasurer, you have the responsibility for the association’s economy. This entails the ongoing bookkeeping and the purchases for the association. If you are organized and have an interest in economy, this is the perfect position for you! Previous experience is not necessary. Most important is good learning ability.
Head of Events
As head of events, you have the main responsibility for the planning and implementation of the events. You are always welcome to delegate specific events to other board members but you have the main responsibility.
Head of Workshops and Educations
As the head of workshops and education, you have the main responsibility for the planning and implementation of the association’s workshops and educations. You are always welcome to delegate specific workshops or educations to other board members but you have the main responsibility and should therefore be comfortable with talking in front of big and small groups of people.
Head of Cooperation
As the head of cooperation, you have the main responsibility for the association’s corporations and emails. There is a big opportunity to bring new corporations to the association but you can also continue the work of the current ones. This role is for someone who likes to have fairly some things to do and likes to communicate in talking and writing.
Head of Layout and PR
As head of layout and PR, your tasks consist of creating stylish graphical materials for the association. The promotion consists of flyers, posters, and creating original images for social media. You will work closely together with the head of social media. It is meritorious to have some experience with Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator or similar programs but most important is that you have an interest in graphical design.
Head of Social Media
As head of social media, you are in control of Instagram and Facebook. Duties consist of marketing, sending members emails, updating the webpage, and sharing GEN!US events and posts that you find relevant for the members. You will work closely together with the head of layout and PR.
